Here's what I've been doing...
... photo shoots for my side photography biz
... swimming lessons for my 4 yr old
... story time at the library for both my boys
... hanging out with friends and their kiddos
... watching The Bachelorette, Pretty Little Liars, and Y&R
But what has kept me away the most... has been...
THE NAUSEA.
Folks, I'm pregnant!!!!
Ben and I have been praying for another little addition to our family for over a year and a half. We struggled with my first, and were pleasantly surprised by my second, and now we are over the moon to add a 3rd little one running around.
So, there you have it... the excuse slip for my blogging absence. I promise to not leave you hanging that long until the next time I post.
For now, I'll leave you with one of my favorite activities I do with my Kinders in science:
Exploring our lungs with Paint Monsters!!
Here's how:
Water down some paints
Use your lungs to blow air through the straw to make the paint move around the paper.
Let dry.
Add white circles and black circles with a paint brush to make eyes for your monster.
Cut out and add to your science journal!
The kids love this activity!
Take care friends, I hope you are enjoying your summer break.
Congrats on #3!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!!! I know how it feels to wait and pray!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on baby number 3. I am hoping and praying for a baby number 1 (I sure hope I miss the nausea stage.) Hope it disappears for you soon.
